この度、2026年6月14日以降発行分からの在留カード、特別永住者証明書の規格変更ならびに特定在留カード、特定特別永住者証明書の新発行に伴い、IIJmioの本人確認での取り扱いについて下記にお知らせいたします。

IIJmioの本人確認でご利用いただける書面は下記のとおりです。書面または受付方法によって取り扱いが異なります。

書類	6月15日まで	6月16日以降
在留カード	ご利用いただけます。	Webのお申し込み	6月13日までの旧規格カードのみICチップ読み取り＋容貌方式をご利用いただけます。 6月14日以降発行分の第二世代カードはICチップ読み取り＋容貌方式をご利用いただけません。今冬対応予定です。
在留カード	ご利用いただけます。	即日発行カウンターのお申し込み	画像アップロード方式をご利用いただけます。
特別永住者証明書	ご利用いただけます。	Webのお申し込み	6月13日までの旧規格カードのみICチップ読み取り＋容貌方式をご利用いただけます。 6月14日以降発行分の第二世代カードはICチップ読み取り＋容貌方式をご利用いただけません。今冬対応予定です。

Notice of changes to the specifications of Residence Cards and Special Permanent Resident Certificates, and treatment of newly issued Specified Residence Cards and Specified Special Permanent Resident Certificates for IIJmio identity verification

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your continued use of our services.

Due to changes to the specifications of Residence Cards and Special Permanent Resident Certificates issued on or after June 14, 2026, as well as the introduction of newly issued Specified Residence Cards and Specified Special Permanent Resident Certificates, we would like to inform you of the treatment of these documents for identity verification in IIJmio, as outlined below.

The following documents can be used for identity verification in IIJmio. The applicable treatment varies depending on the document and the application channel.
