Payment Information

IIJmio is issued invoices to customers who have been unable to process their credit card payment for any reason.(*)
Please complete the following steps, when an invoice is received.

This inquiry is not accepted at retail stores / shops, Please contact IIJ Support Center.

Customers who receive an invoice

注意

If payment via the invoice is not verified by our company by the stated deadline,
the contracted services may be temporarily suspended.
If payment is still not made after temporary suspension of the contracted services,
the contract will be cancelled.

Please complete the following steps.

1. Payment of usage fees

Make sure to complete payment by the deadline notes on the received invoice.

Invoice Payment Methods

Our company verify completion of the payment.

It takes 7 ~ 10 days as our confirmation period at our company.
Please note our company does not issue any notice of payment confirmation.

Invoice Payment Methods

An invoice (sealed postcard) will be sent around the 6-10th of each month to customers who were unable to complete payment by credit card.
Payments can then be made using the invoice at one of the convenience stores noted on the invoice.

Service Suspension

注意

If payment via the invoice is not verified by our company by the stated deadline,

Please verify details of payment deadlines on received postal and email messages.

Reason why payment was not possible

Representative examples are as follows

1. Registered information is out of date

When the registration information in IIJmio has not been updated.
* Please update "Card number" and "Card expiration date" of registered credit card to the latest information.

2. The credit card credit limit has been exceeded

Payment using the registered credit card may be temporarily unavailable when credit card credit limit has been exceeded.

3. Refusal of payment by the credit card company

In some cases the credit card company may refuse payments for various reasons.
